The Marquee Group provides integrated event management, television production, marketing, talent representation and consulting services in the sports, news and entertainment industries. It is expected that senior management of Marquee will enter into new employment contracts with SFX. For each share of Marquee common stock, Marquee shareholders will receive $6.00 of SFX Entertainment Class A stock, subject to adjustment. The Industrial Revolution has contributed to the growth of these GHGs by magnitude proportions. The increased usage of Fossil Fuels in industrial as well as societal applications coupled with the clearing of lands for human usage has led to a loss of forests and wetlands making the ecology incapable of absorbing GHGs to regulate the atmosphere. Some of the earliest initiatives in this regard as taken up by the UN in May 1992, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) drew up a structure for dealing with the challenges posed to human sustenance by climate change. This framework is known as the Kyoto Protocol, which is an international treaty that demands strict committed emission controls from industrialized nations and overall limit on global GHG emissions. The strongest opposition in complying with this treaty has come from the US which sees this treaty as an erosion of its industrial competitive advantages in progressing the entire industry to these standards.
Abstract MicroCog test results and supplemental neuropsychological test findings are reported concerning a male health professional who had abused nitrous oxide (N2O) on a regular basis for more than 20 years. At the time of the examination, the health professional had abstained from N2O use for 12 months. Test findings indicate that the patient had suffered a general decrement in cognitive functioning. Spatial functioning and reaction times were better preserved than attention, mental control, verbal and arithmetic reasoning, and verbal memory. His verbal memory loss was particularly severe, but abstract reasoning and practical social judgment remained intact. Marked visual memory and construction deficits were identified with supplemental clinical tests. Since 12 months of abstinence had elapsed prior to the examination, it may be reasonably assumed that cognitive recovery was nearly complete and the findings reported are stable. Key Words: chronic substance abuse, nitrous oxide abuse, cognitive deficits, neuropsychological deficits Nitrous oxide ([N.sub.2]O) abuse is rarely seen in the general practice of clinical and forensic psychology. Also, little has been reported on the cognitive consequences of chronic [N.sub.2]O abuse. Introduction The role of surgery in diabetic foot disease is mainly restricted to managing the complications of advanced disease in the neuropathic or ischaemic foot. The aim is to achieve an intact foot presented flat to the floor that will spread loads evenly and avoid areas of high peak pressure. Collaboration with podiatric and orthotic services is required to ensure an even distribution of pressure during walking. This becomes even more important when the shape of the foot is radically altered by surgical intervention. The principle non-operative role for vascular surgeons is to advise on the vascularity of the foot. This can be far from straightforward but should include ankle brachial pressure index and duplex ultrasound measurements if these are abnormal. Severe ischaemia is associated with a high mortality and this should be taken into consideration if complex surgery with a prolonged hospital stay is planned (Howell MA et al, 1989). An adequate blood supply is a prerequisite for most foot surgery. Its absence significantly limits surgical options and may indicate the need for revascularisation prior to any other intervention. If this cannot be achieved, then limb loss may be inevitable.

quarters, according to results from Abrams Travel Data Services (ATD) just
released Car Rental Operator Benchmark Survey. This optimistic outlook is
one of several signs that the US car rental industry may be poised for a
strong year. These benchmark survey results, along with a 2004 forecast for
the US and European car rental industries, are part of the February edition
of Car Rental Market Scan, ATDs subscriber quarterly information service

ATD surveyed car rental operators geographically dispersed throughout the
US and that serve all segments of the industry including airport-based
rentals and non-airport/local markets. Car rental operators reported their
performance for the 4th quarter of 2003 in a variety of statistical
indicators including revenue per transaction, daily dollar average, average
length of rental, no-show percentage, profit
margin, and changes in
indicators compared to a year ago. The Car Rental Operator Benchmark Survey
